how to open zip files in debian/linux
to open a zip file in debian, install "unzip"
$ sudo apt-get install unzipyou can then call unzip to uncompress your zip file.
i keep forgetting how i get computer stuff working (my memory is about as robust as a geriatric's bladder). this blog will be like adult diapers for my brain.
